We’re delighted to announce that we have been recognised with not one, but two Silver awards at the SME Leicestershire & Rutland Business Awards.
At the awards ceremony, we were honoured to receive Silver in both the Employer of the Year and Business Woman of the Year categories, recognising the incredible culture we’ve built as a team and the leadership of our founder, Anna Morrish.
A decade of growth and success
As Anna explains, “As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, these awards mark another significant milestone in Quibble’s journey.”
Since launching in 2016, we’ve grown into an award-winning digital marketing agency, helping businesses across the UK improve their online visibility through AI search, SEO, content marketing, PPC and AI-driven marketing strategies. Throughout that growth, we’ve remained committed to creating a workplace where collaboration, learning and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.
Recognition for our team
The Employer of the Year award recognises organisations that demonstrate excellence in supporting and developing their people. For us, this award reflects the culture we’ve worked hard to create over the last decade.
Our team is passionate about helping clients succeed, but we’re equally passionate about supporting one another. From continuous professional development and flexible working to a genuinely collaborative environment, we’ve always believed that great results come from great people.
Celebrating leadership
The Business Woman of the Year award celebrates the achievements and leadership of founder Anna Morrish, whose vision has guided Quibble from a small start-up to a respected agency serving businesses across a wide range of industries.
Reflecting on the awards, Anna said, “Winning these awards means so much to us. I say ‘we’ because it’s not just about me, we wouldn’t have achieved this without the incredible team we have at Quibble. Everyone supports one another, and that’s what I love most about our work family.”
Continuing our award-winning journey
The SME Awards are the latest in a growing list of industry recognitions for Quibble.
Over the past year, we’ve also been named finalists in the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards, shortlisted for both Employer of the Year and Small Business of the Year at the prestigious East Midlands Business of the Year Awards, and recognised as finalists in the Peterborough Small Business Awards 2026.
These nominations and awards reflect not only the results we deliver for our clients, but also our commitment to building a positive workplace culture and supporting the long-term success of our team.
What lies ahead for Quibble?
As the digital marketing landscape continues to evolve, particularly with the rise of AI and changing search behaviours, we’re excited about what the future holds.
We’d like to thank our clients, partners and supporters who have been part of our journey over the last 10 years. These achievements wouldn’t be possible without your trust and support.
